iFlicks supports this mode for lookup as well. If enabling Use DVD Order in the Sorting section of the Metadata sidebar, iFlicks uses DVD Order for metadata lookup on Online TV Database.
Using DVD Order for TV Shows
Depending on the source of your TV Shows it might be desired to have them ordered in DVD Order instead of the order they were aired on TV. See DVD Order
