For basic automated processing this can also be done using iFlicks new integrated watch folder support. A watch folder is a folder on you Mac which you use to trigger processing in iFlicks by moving/copying video files to the folder.
If Start is selected, videos added to the folder will automatically start processing if metadata was found. All other videos will just be added to iFlicks.
To customize the used preset and other options, please use rules. Rules allow you to change all metadata as well as customize almost all settings used in iFlicks.
Note: A Watch Folder is used to trigger actions in iFlicks, it should not be used as a location to permanently store files.
